There are some games that are just… filling. I mean, the kinds of games that you play and beat and then feel like you’ve done something meaningful with your life. Sadly there haven’t been many games like that recently. But each of us has at least one. I’ve played some over the course of my gaming life, but the most recent one is Suikoden Tierkreis for the DS. I’m not sure what it is that makes this game so good. It might be the fact that there are 108 characters to recruit, each with a very distinct history, story, and personality. It might be the story driven gameplay, which is compelling and interesting, and on a topic that I love to debate (blindly following a belief). But probably it’s a bit of both and more. There’s just something about Suikoden that makes it even better than a great game.

I remember playing Suikoden on the PS2, extremely fun game, loved the battle system and all the characters and the storyline ![]()
I agree with buttack5 tho, Kingdom Hearts is one of the must fulfilling games ever to me too.

WORD. I just beat Kh2, including Sephiroth and unlocked Ultima weapon. Very gratifying
oh I don’t have a ds so umm I guess I’ll miss this one out til I get rich or something.

Ohhh yes I loved that game. The only game to utilize all the aspects of the DS touchscreen and even the closing of the ds WELL.
