Five Dollar Games at “Five Below”

Are you a bit strapped for cash, but still have an itching to play a good game? Lucky for you Five Below has a collection of $5 titles for PC/ Xbox 360 that are worth your time. For your convenience I have selected the best of the bunch according to their Metacritic scores and posted them below.

In case you were wondering, Five Below is a store that sells trinkets, room decor, board games, sports accessories, and much more for, you guessed it, under $5. Their game selection may not be top notch, but for the price you couldn’t ask for much more.

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow/ Stealth Action Redefined - 2 pack (PC)

Metascore: 87

Critic Quote: “The camera and movement control are still the best in any stealth game, the scenes you come across are just as exciting, and the overall experience is superb.” 1UP

Devil May Cry 4 (PC/ Xbox 360)

Metascore: 78

Clive Barker’s Jericho (PC)

Metascore: 67

The Club (PC)

Metascore: 67

NFL Head Coach ‘09 (Xbox 360)

Metascore: 67

Lost Planet: Extreme Condition (PC)

Turok (PC)

Metascore: 65

WALL-E (PC)

Metascore: 58

Five Below also has a great selection of Wii peripherals: golf club, tennis rackets, fishing rods, balance board skins. PSP/ DS accessories: cases, skins, chargers, docks, Guitar Hero game kits. As well as, tons of casual PC video games, namely Super Collapse, Monopoly, and, Scrabble on the cheap. Games and accessories come and go very quickly at Five Below, they have ever changing stock, so if you see something you like, you’d better grab it fast.
