It’s a new year, a new decade - but an MMO gamer’s life is not complete without a quest to occupy them. Unfortunately if you go around killing wild deer and innocent piles of jello in real life you will probably get in trouble and (even worse!) would not get any loots. So we need a different kind of quest: we need new years resolutions.

You’ve come to the right NPC’s for that. We, Yuliya Geikhman and Jeffery Kuo, have a few quests for you for the new year. And we know what we’re talking about - we’re proud (or not..) MMO gamers ourselves. So what do you say, will you accept our quests?

You have [5] new quests available from [Yuliya]!

[You Win]

Requirements: Reach the level cap.
Rewards: A sense of accomplishment and pride. Bragging rights. The realization that you now have nothing left to do. The urge to create a new character and start all over.

[Get a Life]

Requirements: Spend less time playing MMOs.
Rewards: More free time. Please note that this quest might interfere with [You Win]. It is recommended you choose one.

[Giving Back]

Requirements: Must be playing a free-to-play MMO. Donate at least $5 to said MMO (i.e. in the item mall).
Rewards: More great gaming. (Ftp’s depend on your voluntary support to continue providing you with free games).

[Trouble-maker] (Alternate title: [They See Me Trollin'])
Requirements: Choose one (or more): Stir up drama; make someone rage-quit; cause a guild to disband; start a war.
Rewards: A sick, twisted feeling of glee and amusement. You horrible, horrible person.

[Perfectionist]
Requirements: Complete all the quests in current MMO. Might require the completion of [You Win].
Rewards: Possible in-game rewards. Admiration of fellow gamers. Definite inability to complete [Get a Life].

You have [5] new quests available from [Jeffery]!

[Gladiator]

Requirements: Participate in 1v1 PvP type battles and be the standing victor. Minimum 25 1-on-1 victories.
Rewards: Feeling of superiority over n00bs.  That’s what we all want to feel isn’t it?

[Start a Campfire]

Requirements: Find a low level n00b in an MMO that allows you to kill without shame, and camp them until they QQ for help.
Rewards: Feeling of being a total douche to someone trying to play the game, because we all know you probably got camped at some point in your leveling life too.
Suggested completion of [You Win] before attempting for higher chance of success.

[Explore New Regions]

Requirements: Play at least 3 different MMOs in the new year, without getting too dedicated to any single one of them. but putting in at least one month of dedication to each.
Rewards:  Experience different types of gameplay, worlds, communities, and more.  Will gain more knowledge about the MMO world and be able to separate good games from bad games.

[The Extra Mile]

Requirements: Play a pay to play MMORPG for more than the free month given after purchase.  Minimum 1 month(s) extra required.
Rewards: The feeling of having played an MMO that costs money.  Something you can boast about having done as an MMO Gamer. (Which I still think are awesome-r than ftp but Yuliya might kill me if she read this =P) *Yuliya’s note: We are all entitled to our opinions, Jeffy. ;P Doesn’t make them right. xD

[Given a Chance]

Requirements: Join Yuliya on Atlantica Online for minimum one month. Server:Argos, Archer, Kinigos.
Rewards: Experience yet another MMO that can be added to your repertoire, and have a great time with a Wirebot blogger.  (And I’ve heard great things about it, not to mention it looks unique.)
