Everyone who has a Nintendo Wii has to play at least one “Trauma Center” game.

The games premise is simple; using the nun-chuck, you become the surgeon. The new “Trauma Center” game allows you to select a field specialty, ranging from General Surgeon to an EMT. If you have played any of the other Trauma Center games, then you know how the game can come from awesome to confusing as hell.

Developers thought that surgery after surgery would get boring, so they decided to throw alien warfare and a bomb threat into it; I could understand the parasite but the bomb? It is most definitely an interesting use, but perhaps the removal of the “man made parasite” and other strange tangents that the game takes, will make this game a lot funner especially with the aspect of picking a specialty. Each specialty is tooled to play differently than the other, which adds a huge amount of replay value!

I’m excited, I’ll admit; only because it lets you skip your internship and get right to cutting.

These kind of games aren’t easy. I tried playing the first one for the DS. I forgot certain games are actually very complicated, yet at the same time; a simple format.

I still have to play the DS version. I have it but I have no time to play it (plus I get lazy). I hope I get to it before this comes out.

New game is called Trauma Team!
