According to a reliable source (the internet!), Bioshock 2, as you can see in the picture above, has officially been leaked.

The ongoing battle between pirates and publishers is nothing new. The Warez world has been thriving since the wee days of the internet (and before even!). Still, the knowledge that its not a recent trend doesn’t help the fact that every time I see a wonderful work of art get ripped off I feel a little bit of sadness. You know, because everytime you download an illegal video game, a kitten grows another head. Or something like that.

We wonder why every publisher freaks out about digital protection. Cmon, they have their reasoning! Even though there are better methods that could be enacted, i think not wanting to have your hard work yanked from you by a couple dweebs with advance copies is a completely valid arguement. Of course, I am not painting myself as The Holy Jesus of Video Games. I definitely dabble in the illegal file sharing world as well, no doubt about it. All I’m saying is, would you rip off a hardworking development team who put so much blood sweat and tears into their product before they even get a chance to SELL IT!?

Not trying to be the moral police here. Just a guy, passing the news. Who can shoot lightning at your soul.
