Will it ever end? We are a week away from the epic release of Final Fantasy XIII and everyone is excited. Well, that is if you don’t have it already. According to Releaselog.net, a database for leaked game info, Final Fantasy XIII has been pirated by the group known as “The Allstars.” Floating in the internet via torrents, anyone at this time can download the whopping 20GB game for the Xbox360 and get their Chocobo and turn based battle on before the retail game drops next Tuesday, March 9th.

Though this is nothing new in the game world, I feel as though video games are getting leaked faster and faster. With it being pirated before the game even has the chance to go on sale, it really does kill the ability to rack up sale numbers on release day. Though in this case, because the Final Fantasy franchise is so ridiculously big and will sell like hotcakes regardless, I don’t think Square-Enix really gives a flying airship, if you get my drift.
