3D is the latest craze. Movies, TVs… everything is in 3D lately. Including the Nintendo DSi. Out on March 3rd, Rittai Kakushi e Attakoreda (Hidden 3D Image: There It Is!) is a game that uses the DSi’s camera to determine the player’s position… and changes the scene accordingly. By moving your head or tilting the DS, you are given a different view of the scene in front of you. The effect feels like you’re looking into your DS. According to Boing Boing, the game will only be available for download in Japan, but maybe more games will follow will let the rest of the world get in on the fun.

I didn’t mean to. I really didn’t. I liked Jayden. And when that man ran off I knew it was a bad idea to follow him. But of course, I made Jayden run after him. And when we ended up in a meat locker and the man swung a crowbar at Jayden… well, I didn’t react fast enough. I won’t be getting that silver trophy for finishing Heavy Rain with all four characters alive. Poor Jayden was beaten to death because I was not quick enough to save him. More »

Nintendo Everything has found Pac Man hidden in the LG logo. It always surprises me when people can pick up on this sort of thing. It’s like they have a third eye that can look at the world abstractly and bend what they see into what they want to see. This one isn’t as mind boggling as when you first see the spoon and arrow in FedEx, but still. More »

Everyone loves cosplay! While I myself do not have the time or patience it takes to craft these real life adaptions of our favorite characters, I applaud those who do! In this feature we have collected some of the best and worst Bioshock cosplayers from around the ‘net. You think you’ve seen some ugly Splicers? Wait until you see some of these! More »

The game industry moves so fast that unless you dedicate days on end to just playing games and doing nothing else, many hit titles will fly right past you. It is also hard to play everything! Not always do you have the specific console a cool game comes out exclusively on, so when you do finally get around to buying it, there is so much backlog that your brain explodes. This is where I come in. Every week I will bring you one fantastic game that is absolutely worth playing. A game that swam under the radar while all the hit titles came barreling at you. I will inform you of a game you might have missed. This week, Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3. More »

It appears that last night a “2KY” bug has brought older model PS3s to a halt. The 8001050F error code is not allowing users to sign in to PSN, corrupting Trophy information, and setting back the system clock to 12/31/1999. This bug is only affecting non-Slim models, so new adaptors are immune. The same can not be said for developer consoles that are now unable to continue work creating and testing their games. Sony is hard at work on bringing this to an end. More »

Saving the universe, suicide missions, inter-galaxy travel, all cool stuff, but what does that really matter when you get to do the nasty with someone on your ship!? Everyone knows the only question that is worth asking a fellow Mass Effect 2 player is, “so, who did you bang?” More »
