Ladies, have you ever wondered what it’s like to urinate like a man? Guys, do you treat going to the bathroom like a game? Then Super Pii Pii Brothers is a game that’s just for you! …and probably no one else.

In Super Pii Pii Brothers, you put on the strap-on Wii and pee at opening and closing toilets, and the odd target that pops out of them (like a cat). The game is imported from Japan (where else?) by ThinkGeek. In fact, you can purchase it here for 35 bucks. The game, according to the box, “promotes good bathroom skills and allows women to experience for the first time the pleasure of urinating while standing. This woman certainly looks like she’s having fun. I think.

When you consider that Super Pii Pii Brothers is what would happen if Conker’s Bad Fur Day was ever joined with target practice, it doesn’t sound so bad. But then you remember the strap-on. And chalk this one up to a game you either pray no one catches you playing or a game you only take out in drinking parties.

(Luckily, Super Pii Pii Brothers was also an April Fool’s joke. But knowing Japan… it somehow doesn’t seem so unrealistic.)
