Square Enix has confirmed that the Final Fantasy IX game will be available for purchase on the PlayStation Network in Japan. While no word has been given on pricing or release date, there are many fans that are excited for the chance to replay a Final Fantasy classic.

The PlayStation Network in the United States has already seen the release of Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII, so Final Fantasy IX shouldn’t be too far behind!
