On the latest Gameloft video podcast a slew of upcoming iPhone/ iPod Touch/ iPad games were announced. Some are HD iPad versions of pre-existing games, others are iPhone versions of popular console franchises, and one is a highly anticipated sequel. You’ll have to keep reading to find out.
If you are unaware who Gameloft is, they are only one of the biggest and most successful App Store game developers. They are the guys and gals behind: Hero of Sparta, N.O.V.A., Dungeon Master, Assassin’s Creed Altair’s Chronicles, and about 40 more App Store pages worth of mostly quality titles.
In case you missed something, here’s what was announced:
+ iPad games: Shrek Kart, Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front, Hero of Sparta, Avatar
+iPhone/ iPod Touch games: Blokus, Iron Man 2, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction, Prince of Persia: The Warrior Within
Shrek Kart HD was released prior to the video debuting and Avatar HD went live on the iPad App Store a few hours after. No other release dates were given, so until then, we sit, wait, and furiously search “gameloft” in the App Store.
