Fruit Ninja, and all of Halfbrick Studios iPhone games run on a system called Openfeint. This system basically allows you to track your scores, create a friends list, and score achievements on all their games. It works very similar to Xbox Live except instead of working on one platform for all games, it is a free service created by one developer that works across only their games. To celebrate the release of the game, whoever is the top fruit killer by the end of the contest will have a new achievement named after them!
