Final Fantasy V: The Fabled Warriors, a five part album series which contains remixes of everyone’s favorite Final Fantasy V themes, is a daunting musical project taken on by OCRemix (or OverClocked Remix). They plan to release the whole series over the course of the next 2-3 years, but don’t despair–the first part, Wind, is out now! It’s also free to download, so you have nothing to lose!

I’ve always loved the music in Final Fantasy, even if the only one I’ve ever gotten my hands on was Final Fantasy X. I know, I know, I’m missing out on life. But anyway, Final Fantasy V is no exception and the themes sound really awesome remixed. I’m loving the Final Fantasy prelude at the beginning of the video–that melody never gets old.
