The Dota genre, inspired by DotA (Defense of the Ancients, a custom scenario for Blizzard’s Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne), is a sub-genre of real-time strategy video games, characterized by role-playing elements. And it’s about time the Chinese gaming industry puts out their input into the genre with the new Tianyijue MMORPG.

Needless to say, there is a slew of Eastern companies emulating the West. First with Japan, but now it seems to be extending over to the Chinese MMORPG community. In fact, the makers behind Perfect World are already appeasing to the Western audiences with their upcoming Forsaken World MMORPG. Pretty neat from here in my opinion.
