iPhone/iPod Touch Review: Ninja Chicken Gold

Save the Ninja Chickens from the jaws of doom! With your godly finger, attempt to swoop them to the safety of their correct ninja zones while avoiding the Robot Chickens and getting rid of the evil pigs. Are you Ninja Chicken enough to help?

Ninja Chicken Gold is the prequel to Ninja Chicken 2: Shoot ‘em Up and the gameplay is quite different to its sequel. In Ninja Chicken Gold, your goal is to sort out the chickens by their clan color to their respective zones and get rid of the pigs and robot chickens trying to invade your zones. The controls are simple: Simply drag and drop each chicken to where they’re supposed to go. This game has 4 difficulty levels and consists of 8 different stages for you to conquer. There is also an Egg Mode in which instead of the cute armored chickens, you play with decorated eggs.

I found this game to be very fun and the theme song and characters set an enjoyable theme that makes you want to keep playing. I just think that if they added some different modes of gameplay besides the egg mode it would make this even more enjoyable. Overall I would recommend this game to those of you that like matching games, ninjas, or chickens. Especially the chickens.
