12 hours of gaming followed by a college student’s death

Less than a week after a Korean woman killed her own child after a marathon gaming session, more tragic news has been reported. In the same country, a Korean student has just died after playing an online shooter for 12 hours in a “PC bang” or Internet partner, according to the police.

On Monday afternoon in a PC bang in the southeastern city of Ulsan, the collegian, only identified as Moon, suddenly fell to the ground and was rushed to a hospital but he was declared dead upon arrival, police said.
The 19-year-old collegian went to the PC bang at around 2 a.m., stopped by his home briefly at 10:30 a.m., to eat, and returned to the PC bang.

Family and friends of his reported that the Korean was addicted that particular game he was playing. Police are still locked in an investigation as to find all the evidence the cause of his death.

wow that is pretty unfortunate. i wonder why people play so much and not take a break in between at the very least. i know the game is addicting, but when you are tired you should stop

omg ,. i heard about that from my korean teacher ,
but i thought he was talking about an accident that happened long time ago,.
i didn’t know it was so recent ,
that’s really sad ,. and confusing ,
i wonder what happened to him ,,
was it the long time playing ,. this actually can kill??
that’s making me really scared !! ,. i don’t spend much time gaming ,,
but i spend a lot of time in front of the pc ,.
