Angry Birds has migrated to many different consoles, but I’d never thought I’d see the day when you could play the game in real life…on a cake. Many gamers have been anticipating the release of the PC version of People Can Fly’s over-the-top shooter Bulletstorm. However, the anticipation will have to continue for a while longer. The demo will not be released before the game’s launch today. It has been revealed over Twitter by Epic Games’ Mark Rein that the PC demo “won’t make it in time for ship date but should be available shortly after.” It looks like gamers will have to find something else to play in the meantime while waiting for the release. There have been several indications recently of how Youtube are seeking to expand its video content distribution onto game consoles. On the PS3 and Wii web browser, Youtube is already available through a special designed site. However, a job post for a Youtube software engineer says that Youtube are looking for an engineer to “build the next generation game console based TV experience with Youtube video content,” and “integrate and optimise with distribution channels and devices including all major game platforms”. Diablo 3 console rumors have been building up as Blizzard has recently posted a job listing for a “Senior Producer, Console Diablo 3.” The post has lead to many rumors that Diablo 3 will be released for the consoles. Although the job description asks for someone with ” prior experience in console game development,” Blizzard claimed that “this is not an announcement of a console title.” In addition, Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime recently stated, “I think you could make an argument that a game like Diablo might play very well on a console.
