Mortal Kombat has been refused classification in Australia. Retail outlets have been told to remove all promotional materials as well as preorder cancellations. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has said that this is disappointing that it won’t be available for Australian gamers. Due to Australia’s lack of a mature rating of 18+ for games, they must be okay-ed for 15+ or be refused. Well, now it is banned.
