The whiteness, the buttons, the faint “Nintendo” logo at the bottom. Yes, the thing in the picture above might just come true.
CVG recently revealed that Nintendo’s next console, Wii 2, will allow gamers to stream ‘entire games’ to the screen-equipped controller. (meaning this controller will come WITH the gaming console) The controller will feature a built in high-resolution screen, with the possibility that it will be a touch screen. This little mini television will be like Nintendo’s version of Sony’s PSP, with the same feature of the ‘remote play’ on PS3.
You might ask, why this when there’s the 3D NDS? Keep in mind that the NDS does not collaborate with Wii at all. This little handheld device allows you to play the games only compatible with Wii as well!
So, 3D NDS or mini-Wii?
