Record lows for sales of the 3DS and Wii came across during the week ending May 15th. Media Create claims that total hardware sales decreased by 38 percent week-over-week. It will certainly be bad readings for Nintendo.
PSP retained their top-of-the-table place, with PS3 selling double the amount than Wii. Just 6,336 units of the Wii were moved in that week, and that means that from the previous week, there was a huge 45 drop there.
Here’s a list of that week’s hardware sales, along with the previous week’s:
PSP - 34,826 (55,140)
3DS - 18,324 (29,149)
PS3 - 13,789 (20,883)
DS - 10,858 (19,516)
Wii - 6,336 (11,520)
