Amazon Wireless brings heat to its competition, since it is now offering the Xperia Play for the low price of $99.99 (with the standard two-year contract).

This current price beats out Wirefly’s $149.99 listing, though you did get a $25 Android Market gift card, but even that only brought it down to $124.99.

Not too bad of a deal at all, especially if you’ve been eying to pick up this gaming phone from Sony Ericsson.
