Sony delightedly releases an unexpected new firmware update, only hours after they wrapped up their E3 2011 press conference.
Players can download firmware 3.65 on their PS3s right now. PSN director Eric Lempel reveals that the specifics to the update:
This new firmware improves the operating stability of some PS3 format software, and changes the XMB item SaveData Utility (minis) to [SaveData Utility(minis/PSP)]
A nice surprise and hopefully it does help everything run a bit smoother on everyone’s PS3.
