When we mention gaming industries, the most prominent ones are the US and Japan. Going to Australia, they haven’t been doing so well these past few years, at least not enough to make them more well known. In comes their state officials to pass a recent bill that gives game developers a $1.9 billion tax break to spend on research and development.

It’s pretty cool to see a country’s leaders take this much of a consideration to try and revive Australia’s game industry. Hopefully we’ll be seeing some amazing things coming in the future.
