Though it’s been barely a month since the PlayStation Network has been able to come fully back online (minus Japan for now), it seems as though Sony has gained a bit of humor in that downtime. The new format of their downtime maintenance page says it all.

On the website for the public forum, it currently reads:

The PlayStation Community is down for maintenance. Very important maintenance. It’s not like someone got overenthusiastic with a PlayStation Move and knocked out the servers. Not at all. Where did you get that idea? We’re maintaining things.

Very “cute” but as long as it is Sony who is in control of this downtime, it’s all good then.
