Double Fine’s game, Trenched, has been running into problems as it’s trying for its European launch. A Portuguese board game designer has sued and blocked the game because of a trademark. However, Microsoft is doing its best to ensure that the game will be released as intended for the Xbox Live Arcade.

Double Fine has reported that it’s sorry for all of its European fans who have been waiting anxiously to play this game. Because Microsoft owns the IP for Trenched, Double Fine actually doesn’t have that much information to share with fans.

However, Microsoft has said that it’s working to resolve the issue and hopefully come out with a positive outcome.
