The results of BioWare’s latest Mass Effect 3 poll are in. The gaming community and public were asked to determine which hair color the female Commander Shepard should have as her default. And the fierce Shepard shall be…

…a redhead! With 19,576 votes behind it, red dominated over the second place choice of black, which only managed to get 12,838 votes.

Brunette Shepard took third (5,574 votes) and blonde (5,436 votes) rounded up the end at last place.

So from the fans, redheaded female Commander Shepard will also be the version that appears on the cover of the Mass Effect 3 Collector’s Edition.

Happy with the red? Or were you hoping another color would be the victor?
