Activision has stated that they will not ban those who managed to get their hands on copies of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 earlier than the actual release date. Activision said that those with legitimate copies of the game will not be banned, as long as they wait for Tuesday before playing. This is a response to issues regarding leaked early copies of the game on eBay, which sold for a rumored $1000. The official game will be released November 8th.
