Considering how there has been a Call of Duty release every year since 2008, it is no surprise that Activision will release another Call of Duty game next year.

COD fans are currently engulfed in the recent release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, which launched on November 8th, but the next installment in the game is already underway. This was confirmed by CEO Bobby Kotick who announced at an investors conference call that the series will release another game along with 2 Blizzard games, one of which will be Diablo III.

I’m sure COD fans will be very excited to hear this news! I wonder what time period this one will cover.

Another one is already scheduled. That’s fast but no surprise after Modern Warfare.

Wow...everyone seems concerned with the release date.  This is typical though for them to do this.  More than likely they will probably wait until November/December to put out another game so that it hits during Christmas shopping season. 


Another epic game though I think it will take a while before a new one is released.

I think it’s a bit early for them to release one next year.. The newest one just came out on Tuesday and I think they should allow some time in between to allow their creators and workers rest. I’m pretty sure lots of COD fans are excited to hear about this but I think people shouldn’t spend the 3 months stuck onto their screen because of new games. I experience this first hand with my older brother. ><

ah really ? the newest one was out so soon ..
that would be really strange that they would release a new one already ..
they should make some space of time between the two ,
but may be this one will get delayed more .. they always announce dates and then delay it many times after ..

yea sure many fans would be thrilled about this news .. if they had already got their hands on the previous one D: ~ i guess they didn’t get the time to enjoy it already haha ~ well it’s all good ..they will keep playing ..

im pretty sure they won’t release it this soon..it’s most likely going be fall of 2012. im guessing it’s going to be around the beginning of nov since black ops and mw3 was release on the 9th and 8th.

I still need to get mw3...so tempted to buy it today but gonna wait until black friday x)
