Nope, Square Enix is just borrowing the legendary assassin’s clothes for the next installment of Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy XIII-2.
In the game, you’ll be able to download Assassin’s Creed’s Ezio Auditore’s outfit for one of the main characters, Noel Kreiss. The DLC will be available after the game is released, but as to when and how much…that is left unknown. 
In addition to Final Fantasy, Ezio has made appearances in Soul Calibur V and LittleBigPlanet 2.
