In a recent interview in Final Fantasy Type-0 Ultimania Guide, Hajima Tabata, the director for the game, mentioned that his game’s staff is hard at work to bring international fans the game.
Though PSP sales have declined greatly outside Japan, the Final Fantasy name is pretty big outside Japan and those declining sales would probably have no impact on an international release. In addition, Tabata expressed his desire on working on a sequel for the game in which the world and characters would remain the same. The “Type-1″ game, as he called it, would only come to fruition if players enjoyed playing Final Fantasy Type-0.
