A new SSX game has been delayed by EA, which will signal disappointment for many. Originally, the game was set for a release of February 14th, but that has now been pushed back over two weeks, two February 28th in the US and March 2nd elsewhere.

Todd Batty, creative director of the game, revealed “Over the course of more than 10 years of making games I have not worked on a single project where our team did not wish, coming down the home stretch, that we could have just a bit more time”.

I think that this is a disappointing setback for those who have planned to get the game. However, it could signal time for perfection, so let’s hope it’s a worthwhile wait.
