Recently, Microsoft placed a new XBLA dashboard to the platform for better use. However, the idea back fire because the video doesn’t seem to play right anymore. A lot of Xbox owners complains that they new dashboard makes the video run slower and even causes the video to have a low-quality picture. Check out the comparison below:

The new dashboard may not be that worst, but the difference is still noticeable. The good thing is that the users pointed out the changes during beta so Microsoft is planning an action ahead already. They even posted this:

“Thanks for the feedback! Though we will not be able to incorporate your feedback into this release we will save it for consideration in future releases. Thanks for using the new Xbox Update and please keep up the feedback!”

I’m glad that Microsoft is taking action on this problem. I wonder what happened why the new dashboard failed to improve things for users. Maybe something happened in the process. Oh well, I guess users have to bear with it for the mean time.

Huh never thought about comparing them but I do notice a difference.
