Sony’s MMO EverQuest will be following EverQuest ll’s footsteps by adding a free-to-play option this March in celebration of its 13th birthday. The free-to-play option will have limited in social functions, abilities, and other features. You can still pay a monthly fee for a silver account ($5) or a gold account ($14.99). In celebration of this change players will be given a free of charge welcome package that contains handy items for the game.
