Unfortunate news has emerged that Metro: Last Light, the first person shooter sequel from 4A Games, will not be released until calendar year 2013. This was just recently announced by THQ, who are sorry to fans for it.

THQ’s latest release schedule stated that the Metro 2033 sequel will be released in the fourth-quarter of financial year 2013 – a sign that it will arrive sometime between January 1st and March 31st, 2013, instead of the end of this year.

Danny Bilson, core games boss of THQ, had also previously said that the game could compete with Call of Dutys.
