Well…it’s true. THQ’s Darksiders II has been pushed back…but only a couple of months.

According to Vigil Games, the game has been pushed back to an August release date instead of its original June release for extra time to polish up the game. “As we’ve stated in numerous articles and videos, Darksiders II is [a] substantially larger game than its predecessor and the ambition of this project requires extra time” a THQ Representative said. “The staffing changes at Vigil Games have not impacted the release date.”

Well I guess a couple extra months doesn’t hurt. Can’t wait!

In the meantime, check out the trailer below.

I hate it when the dates are pushed back… but two months isn’t the worst case scenario~

That sucks to hear. Well, at least it is just two months.

Pushed back? That’s too bad.
