US retailer Sam’s Club accidently added the color “Midnight Purple” to its list of Nintendo 3DS before any official release from Nintendo as images, release dates, nor pricing have yet to be announced. Sam’s Club quickly realized the mistake and removed it from their list but the damage has been done and people are talking.

The Nintendo 3DS was originally released in Aqua Blue and Cosmos Black, If neither of those two colors suited your fancy, get ready because the Midnight Purple is supposedly just one of the new colors yet to be released including Misty Pink, Ice White and Flame Red.
