When Diablo 3 launched at midnight the other day, gamers raced to play. It’s only natural with such an influx of players that the game’s servers would overload. Because of this, some sad fans stared at the horrid screen that said “Error 37″.
Blizzard commented on the error screen, “Due to high concurrency the login servers are currently at full capacity. This may cause delays in the login process, account pages and web services…We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience while this is being resolved.” Problems with character creation are also being worked on.
There is some good news for D3 players. After failing retail store GAME said that they would not be sending out the game or giving refunds for it, Blizzard stepped in to save the day. The deal is that customers could buy the digital copy from Battle.net and submit their GAME receipt for a refund. To get this though, you need to buy before May 21st and send in your receipt before June 20th.

Woot, gamers must be a bit relieved that at least Blizzard is giving refund for the previously purchased games!
