It looks like the two newest downloadable 3DS Pokemon apps that were recently announced in Japan are coming to the North America: the Pokemon Dream Radar and Pokedex 3D Pro.
Nintendo announced the news that the apps were coming. The Pokemon Dream Radar lets players utilize the 3DS motion control and camera to help them catch their Pokemons, and they can be used in the Pokemon Black and White 2 game that is coming. As for the Pokedex 3D Pro, it will contain information on all 600 Pokemon, plus you can snap photos with the Pokemon using the 3DS camera too.
As of right now prices have not been set for the apps in North America, but in Japan the Dream Radar is running for 300 Yen (~$3.50 USD), and the Pokedex is priced at 1,500 Yen (~$18 USD).
