5 Addictive Games You’ll Never Get Tired Of Playing

Playing video or online games are probably one of the most addictive activities for us teenagers and adults. No matter how much we try to force ourselves to just stop playing and concentrate on something much more important, we would end up telling ourselves, “Ok just one last game, I promise”, but in the end it would turn out to be maybe 5 game plays or more. So below are some of the addictive games I think you will never get tired of playing.

1. Tetris
First up, we have the most classic game which was released last June 1984. Can you imagine how old this game is and yet it still catches the attention of people? You may think that it’s just an easy game since you’ll just have to eliminate horizontal lines, but for me it really requires hard work and quick thinking since the speed gets faster and faster! The cool thing about Tetris is that there’s a Tetris battle mode now, where you can start competing with random people. I can really say this is a rather addictive game since it gets me all excited and competitive trying to beat other people, which in the end eats up around 2-3 hours of my time.

2. Diablo
Diablo is a dark fantasy-horror themed role playing game developed by the company, Blizzard. Having released their most latest one, Diablo 3, you can already see the excitement people are having just buying this game. Although, I never actually Diablo, seeing my friends updating their status stating that they will be disappearing from this world for a while, I bet this game is pretty addictive. I even know someone who only sleeps for 2 hours just to play games like this. It’s pretty intense. I know.

3. Heroes of Newerth
Heroes of Newerth or also known as Hon is a action-real time strategy sci-fi game. Separated into two different teams also known as the Legion and the Hellbourne, your task is to defeat the opposing team located in the other side of the map.

Like I said in the game Diablo, I really am not a fan of these type of games but I can also say that this game is something you’ll never get tired of playing. Why? Well, let’s just say whenever my brothers wake up the first thing they always do is to open their computer and start searching for a server to play in. Not being able to do anything such as downloading videos, I pretty much get bored just searching the web because they practically play until 1 in the morning. It gets really frustrating that they just can’t stop playing this game because it’s pretty hard to call them when it’s time for dinner. Also, I never actually understood what’s the difference between Hon, Warcraft and League of Legends because they all look the same to me.

4. Mario Kart
Developed by the famous brand, Nintendo, Mario Kart is a series of go-kart style racing game! Picking from a variety of characters, your task is like any racing games. Achieve first place and you’ll win. Just by collecting coins and power-ups you will be able to attack all those others players in front of you.

I love racing games like this, it’s really fun and addictive especially when you’re actually achieving first place all the time. I can never get tired of playing this game for some reason. I love Battle mode the most and my favorite character has to be Yoshi and Toad.

5. Pokemon
Last but not the least, another famous game that even kids can play for how many hours is Pokemon! It’s a really kid-friendly and addictive game because it’s impossible for you to lose. If you so happen to get defeated by a trainer, you can always train your Pokemons once again to make them even stronger. What I really like about this game is that they have quite a number of Pokemons to choose from and you’ll just be tempted to catch them all!
