Patch 1.0.3 for Diablo 3 has now arrived in the US. Huge changes are included in it, which makes user experience all the more enhanced. So gamers will hopefully be able to feel the full benefits when they get the patch.

Blizzard said “Please note that you will not be prompted to download patch 1.0.3 until the patch is live in your home region. If you are logging in from a European or Asian client, you will need to wait for this patch to release in that region before it can be installed”.

There are two primary fixes in the patch, with the improvement of “the best items in the game can drop from many different places, so a wider variety of play styles are viable” in drop rates. Then, there’s a tweak to balance in the Inferno difficulty.
