Exciting news for fans who are eagerly waiting for Halo 4’s launch date in November: Microsoft has revealed that the new shooter will soon be completed.

According to this week’s Halo Bulletin report, developer 343 Industries is in the polishing and bug fixing stage of the project. Information on Halo 4’s new multiplayer map, Longbow (pictured above), was also revealed on this week’s Halo Bulletin and can be read in full detail on this blog post.

In addition to Halo 4, the new live-action series Forward Unto Dawn is also nearing completion for its October release date. Those who attend Comic-Con 2012 next month will have the opportunity of finding out more information about the new series.

Halo 4 is scheduled for a November 6 release date for the Xbox 360.
