Next month to see release of a new official Xbox 360 headset

Mad Catz, a household name when it comes to the development of peripherals for gaming, are about to launch what has been lamented by them as the worlds’ first “truly wireless” headset for Xbox 360’s console.

This is apparently due to a joint venture with Microsoft, that Mad Catz are due to be releasing the Tritton Warhead 7.1 surround sound headset. It is scheduled for released next month, which is not far away from here at all.

And there doesn’t need to be any connection with the controller for the headset, as it provide a direct connection to the console. Alex Verrey, communciations boss, went on to say that the headset is “one of the most anticipated products we’ve ever launched”. Lets hope that the headset lives up to its deserved hype.
