Microsoft say that subscriber numbers for Xbox Live on Xbox 360 has gone up significantly. This is although no official statistics have yet been released. However, it has been claimed that it is 15% up from the previous year.

Influence from Silver members upgrading to Gold membership has not yet been covered, as well as paid Gold accounts and Free silver accounts. And the news follows that of February’s, where an audience of over 40 million subscribers was alleged.

Also, from since the release of the console back in 2005, 67 million memberships have apparently been sold. Furthermore, revenue from April to June increased by 4% to a total of $18 billion. What do you make of this?
