Developers of Star Wars 1313, a “Next-gen” game of Star Wars, will moderately represent violence because of advanced graphical capabilities. Dominic Robilliard, a creative director, told OXM UK that violence is more apparent in visual fidelity games.

And he said “When you can render characters that look like the ones in our game - and other games - you get to this realism level where you really don’t want to encourage that kind of thing. Seeing that kind of reaction from gamers… It may well be human nature, but you don’t want to put content out there that pushes those buttons”.

A “mature” rating has already been given to the game, which seems what is should be after considering some ultra-violence scenes showcased at E3 this year. Nevertheless, gamers will have to take notice of the warning call.
