Bad news for Xbox 360 fans has erupted, as Silent Hill’s HD Collection has been delayed, even though it is going ahead on PlayStation 3. Problems with sound and frame rate in the full game were heard of before the patch.

On the PlayStation Network, you can now get the patch to fix up the audio-syncing, frame rate and “other reported issues”. However, the news means that Xbox 360’s version is “no longer scheduled for release”, much to the dissappointment of many.

So there still remains a broken game for Xbox 360 users. And their misery will be compounded by the fact that further explanations of why it won’t release at all have not been provided. Still, it will continue to be put on sale.
