Dead Space 3 Gets A Release Date

Dead Space 3 is on its way and Electronic Arts has finally unveiled the release date for the game along with some details on some bundles.

Dead Space 3 will be making its way to North American Xbox 360s, PS3s, and PCs on February 5, 2013! Additionally, they have revealed details on the “First Contact” Bundle and the “Witness the Truth” Bundle, which are available fore pre-order at participating retailers.

“First Contact” Bundle comes with the First Contact suit and the Negotiator Weapon. The First Contact suit is a unique EVA (Extra-Vehicular Activity) suit for encounters with “foreign entities”. While the Negotiator weapon has a top mounted Tesla Beam that can burst a human-sized organism into pieces with one-shot, and the bottom Linegun is used to dismember tissue from a distance. (Lovely)

The “Witness the Truth” bundle comes with the Witness suit and the Evangelizer Weapon. The Witness suit is a suit that was worn by the SCAF deep dig team when they entered the Tau Volantis, they were locked down there for several weeks and when they stepped out they were covered in strange graffiti. As for the Evangelizer weapon, the is a mix between a AL-2g assault rifle and an Emerson 2100 “Big Boy” tactical shotgun.

Sounds like some crazy bundles. Who’s looking forward to February 5th!?
