Action strategy game Plants vs Zombies is soon to have a follow up, according to an announcement by EA-owned PopCap Games. It will be released “by late spring 2013″, but platforms its available on have not yet been disclosed.
The official press release says there will be “a bevy of new features, settings, and situations, designed to delight the franchise’s tens of millions of fans around the world”, prompting even more popularity within the game.
The last launch of the original Plants vs Zombies game was on PlayStation Vita back in February. Its not long until the sequel arrives either.
