New gameplay footage from the upcoming Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn has been released by Microsoft. It is a series that ventures into the endeavours of human and Covenant war, which will shape up Halo 4’s storyline.

The main focal point of the game is a UNSC cadet, Thomas Lasky, who struggles to find a balance between coping with his military career and his opinion of ideological wars. On October 5th, it is all set to beginon Machinima Prime.

Halo 4 is following it up on November 6, and have described the trailer as:

Get into the minds of three recruits as they enter Corbulo Academy in Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn. Welcome to Corbulo Academy of Military Science, the UNSC’s premiere training facility for its brightest minds. From the very beginning, this arduous academy readies them for a life a of order, structure, sacrifice and belief in the righteous cause of the UNSC.
