Best of Gamescom Award 2012 goes to Dishonored

Dishonored has been awarded with the accolade of the “Best of Gamescom 2012“, after the game from Bethseda really took off at the trade show. Also right up there was Rayman Legends of Ubisoft, which racked up many achievements too.

Koelnmesse, organiser of Gamescom said that 20 international jurors and experts from games media around the world were on the panel to select the game for awards. This involved the Best of Gamescom award and best console game for PS3 and Xbox 360.

They were both scooped up by Dishonored. Rayman Legends had the Honor of taking Best Console Game for Wii and Best Family Game during the event, which attracted much attentions for many gaming associates.

Best PC Game - SimCity (EA)
Best Social/Casual/Online Game - Warface (Crytek/ Trion Worlds)
