Hazards have been encountered during attempts to download the last batch of downloadable content for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for Xbox 360 Call of Duty Elite subscribers. It has provoked frustration amogn many.

But the online service’s status page quotes “users will have issues accessing new MW3 content”. We are aware of the problem and are working to resovle the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience”.

And this final hurrah in this series of staggering Call of Duty content should not disappoint. There will be three new online maps - Gulch, Boardwalk and Parish. Non-Elite subscribers are also due to get them on September 6th within the Contnet Collection 4.
