The next installment witin Today Sports Interactive’s Football Manager series has just been unleashed by the developers themselves. It includes news details on the inaugural Classic mode - which can be a very centralized mode.

The major updates that make it stand out are:

An improved 3D match engine
New staff roles (including director of football)
Enhanced media interaction
New online functionality and global management leaderboards
National tax policy (for transfers)
Deeper training options
Renovated user interface

It looks like these changes amongst other things will really provide an enriching experience to also intellectually challenge budding managers. So come its release at Christmas time, the anticipation will be more than ever for the best in the series so far.
